1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all business relationships between Gdgasggag GmbH (hereinafter "Provider") and its customers. Deviating customer conditions are not recognized unless the Provider expressly agrees in writing.
2. Contract Formation
The presentation of our services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer. A contract is only concluded through your inquiry and our written confirmation. The contract is concluded in German.
3. Service Description
Our services include: • Consulting on regional funding programs • Support with application submission • Project management and support • Information services The exact scope of services is defined in each contract.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are in Euros and include statutory VAT unless otherwise stated. The initial consultation is free. Further services are charged by effort or lump sum according to individual offer. Payments are due within 14 days of invoicing.
5. Customer Cooperation Obligations
The customer commits to: • Providing all information required for service provision completely and truthfully • Responding promptly to inquiries • Providing required documents on time • Immediately reporting changes in relevant circumstances
6. Liability
The Provider is fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical contract damage. Liability for damages from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties commit to keeping all confidential information received during cooperation secret and using it only for agreed purposes. This obligation continues after termination of the contractual relationship.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by clear statement (e.g., by email).
9. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding UN sales law. Place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Berlin, if the customer is a merchant. Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
